How to get to Pie de la Cuesta

Pie de la Cuesta is 30–45 minutes from downtown Acapulco, via the scenic highway to Coyuca de Benítez. Here's everything you need, no guessing required.

From Acapulco Airport (ACA)

45 minutes by taxi. Estimated cost: $700–900 MXN (up to 4 people with luggage). For larger groups, vans seating 8–15 available — proportional cost.

Flying from Mexico City

Direct flights CDMX–ACA in 50 minutes on Volaris, Aeroméxico, VivaAerobús. Typical fares $1,500–3,500 MXN roundtrip depending on how far in advance. Then add the taxi above.

International flights to Acapulco

Direct international service to ACA from: Houston (United Airlines), Los Angeles (Alaska Airlines), and Toronto (Air Canada / WestJet) during high season (December–March). Outside high season, connect through Mexico City.

Driving from Mexico City

4–5 hours via the Autopista del Sol (95D) (Mexico City – Acapulco highway). Tolls ~$890 MXN one way. Pie de la Cuesta is 30 minutes before downtown Acapulco — exit at the sign labeled "Pie de la Cuesta / Coyuca de Benítez".

Night driving note: some stretches have no street lighting. We recommend arriving before 8 PM.

Once you're in Pie de la Cuesta

All four homes sit on the strip between Avenida Fuerza Aérea Mexicana and the beach. Message us 30 minutes before arriving — a team member will be ready to open the gate, show you around, and get you settled.
